Those long haul flights, long delays, and layovers in airports are never enjoyable for any travellers. The following tips can help you sleep when you travel on a budget airline.
Choose your own seat and choose wisely
How many times have you hoped on a flight an you are seated right next to someone when there clearly is other seats available all around the aircraft. To avoid this disappoint, you got to choose your own seat when checking in. Middle seat is best, as not to many people will sit next to you when you choose right smack bang in the middle of the 3 seats, they will also be searching for here way to sprawl out to get in a little nap while flying too. If you can not find any middle seat, well then always go the window seat. This way you have something to lean on and your not resting your head on a complete stranger.

This is where airports are epic. PJs are fine at any time, you can have your first beer as early as you wish and no makeup rules. A lot of people like to dress to impress, though find themselves completely uncomfortable while in the air and wishing they wore something more comfortable. Save those cute outfits for once you reach your destination. To avoid the uncomfortable, wear clothing such as tracksuits, dresses, sneakers or thongs. Loose comfortable clothing. Remember to bring an extra jumper and warm sock as it does get cold while on the plane.
Headphones or Earplugs.
Which ever you prefer, just don’t forget them. Blocking out the noise while flying is a huge tip that is going to help you get to sleep, whether you listen to your music, download podcasts, meditation music or just wear earplugs. This will limit the outside noise and cancel out those loud running jets, loud announcements or screaming children.
Back off the caffeine.
