Refund & Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with https://slumberpartyhostels.com website (the "Service") operated by Slumber Party (Thailand) Co,ltd ("us", "we", or "our").

Any Rooms & Tours sold / payments made through third-party booking sites (ie: Hostelworld, Booking.com & Agoda) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies as defined on their site.

Room Bookings

For bookings made to stay at our Hostel through our website, we have a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy (with the EXCEPTION of Full Moon/Peak Periods (see below)). Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice from the check-in date can be cancelled free of charge, and any deposit paid to Us, will be refunded.

HOWEVER

Failure to notify us of the cancellation with 48 Hours notice, the full balance owed for the booking will be charged, and no refund will be given.

Full Moon / Peak Period Bookings

For bookings made during peak periods & and Full Moon Party Dates in Koh Phangan, the full balance will be required to be paid up front to guarantee the booking. Bookings & payments made for Peak Period & Full Moon Bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE

No Show Policy

Failure to arrive at our property and check-in without at least 48 Hours notice, will result in the full balance owed for the booking to be charged, and no refund will be given.

Tour Bookings

Tour Bookings & Payments made through our website, have a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice from the tour start date can be cancelled free of charge, and any deposit paid to Us, will be refunded.

Thailand and Indonesian communities whom rely heavily on the tourism industry to make ends meet have been hit hard by the impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We will be donating one meal to a family in need for every bed that is booked now.

250 Baht Per Bed – Redeemable in the Future
1 Bed Booked = 1 Meal Donated 

Our goal is 50 meals per day for the next 2 months.

Soon we will all be able to travel again, the beds bought now can be redeemed at any time in the future (excluding New Years & Full Moon Periods). In the meantime, your donations will help someone in need in the present
