Slumber Party Hostels

Welcome to Slumber Party Hostel. We are  proud to offer the best party hostel experience for backpackers across Thailand and Indonesia.

Is there anything that signifies a vacation more than treating yourself to a massage? I’m not sure there is – especially not a vacation in Thailand! With hundreds of massage parlours, tons of experienced professionals and rock-bottom prices, there really is no better place to enjoy a massage treatment than Thailand. Krabi, Ao Nang and Railay all offer a range of massage parlours, from simple roadside shops to sprawling spa resorts with every treatment you can imagine! If you’re looking for a spa or massage parlour in Krabi or Ao Nang, read on to find out what we think are the best spas in Krabi and which treatments are well worth a try.

Massage Corner

Massage Corner, as the name suggests, is tucked away in a corner of Ao Nang. Choose from traditional Thai massages as well as aromatherapy, reflexology and head, neck and shoulder treatments. Although the majority of the treatments take place on chairs or beds within the same room, the expert team do their best to ensure you are welcomed and relaxed.

Another bonus of receiving a treatment at Massage Corner is that they emphasize on using natural herbs and oils – such as their homemade coconut oil – so you’ll know what is being used is local, fresh and skin-friendly.

Walk-in treatments are often available, so you can pop in any time during your trip for a treat.

So SPA with L’Occitane

For an upmarket spa experience in Krabi, head to the So SPA with L’Occitane. Situated in the grounds of the Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort, So SPA is stylish, sleek and serene. It also offers an array of spa treatments with the use of the luxurious French products, L’Occitane.

The layout of the spa is stunning and puts you in a state of bliss from the moment you arrive. With jacuzzis, pools, scrubs, massages and upscale beauty treatments, you have everything you need to stay and relax for hours!

While these treatments are a bit more expensive than at smaller parlors throughout Krabi, the ambience and experience make it more than worth the splurge.

Radarom Spa

Radarom Spa is another stylish and well-equipped massage parlour in Krabi. The professional staff are warm and welcoming, and the range of treatments they have is spectacular. Choose from a selection of oils for your treatment, including rose, sweet orange, coconut and aloe vera.

Private and double rooms are available – or you can choose to have a pedicure in the dedicated foot spa area.

Tea and biscuits are served after your treatment and Radarom also offers free transfers around Ao Nang. That way you won’t need to worry about getting to and from the spa – leaving you to enjoy your tranquillity in peace.

Bhu Nga Spa by Bhu Nga Thani Resort & Spa

Set in the Bhu Nga Thani Resort & Spa on Railay Beach, Bhu Nga Spa’s location is truly outstanding. The resort offers both beach views and vistas of towering limestone karst peaks, creating a dramatic backdrop for your massage therapy. You can also stay at the resort, choosing one of the Deluxe Spa Rooms in order to enjoy your own private bath tub and rainfall shower.

You could easily while away hours at the Bhu Nga Spa, with time spent in the pools and steam rooms as well as receiving traditional Thai massages and other spa and beauty treatments. Choose from eight fragrant oils for your massage, fresh scents that will whisk you off to another world!
