Flips & Flips Homemade Donuts
For all the donut lovers out there, this is certainly the best place for you to satisfy your cravings. Made fresh daily, the donuts made here are light, and not overly sweet, and will melt in your mouth. With a wide variety of donuts available, from green tea to chocolate almonds, our favourite has to be the sugar glazed donuts, they are amazing!
Open from Friday to Wednesday, 11am until 4pm, make sure you are there early, as they do tend to sell out! Although slightly away from the Old Town, Flips & Flops is definitely worth the detour!
Not only does Harinezumi Cafe provide great desserts, but, the thing that makes them unique, and deserving of a place on our list is the fact that whilst you are waiting for your waffles and ice cream, you can hold and play with hedgehogs and guinea pigs! Food is available for you to be able to feed the little guys, and quickly they become your best friends!
Open daily from 9am until 9pm, why not come here and get your dessert fix whilst getting a fur overload from the hedgehogs and guinea pigs.
Last on our list is a specialist in ice creams. This homemade ice cream shop has a huge selection of homemade ice creams to choose from. Made from local ingredients, the ice creams here are creamy and to die for, with salted caramel being a personal favourite. Ice cream cones are available, or if you’re feeling extra sweet, why not get a brownie and ice cream.
Open daily from 1pm until 9.30pm, Janie Scoop is the place to go to cool off from the heat and enjoy an incredible homemade ice cream.
