Ganesh Bar and Restaurant
Cheap, cheerful and delicious! Ganesh Bar and Restaurant offers some simple but tasty Thai dishes, and better yet, the dishes are well within a budget and range from 50-60฿ for a basic meal. Not to start a restaurant war, but it has been said that their Khao Soi is one of the best in all of Pai……for that reason alone it’s worth checking out!
Cafecito is the perfect place to eat for Latino food lovers. The chef offers plenty of delicious Mexican food, ranging from Tostados, Tacos, Tortas, Carnitas, Chorizo, and Chilaquiles, to name just a few. The house blend of coffee is delicious too, for all you coffee lovers. Decorated with perfect Mexican decor, Cafecito is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and they also make great desserts!
Charlie And Lek’s
This Thai restaurant used to be a cooking school, and when a restaurant used to be a cooking school, you know the food is going to be amazing. Charlie And Lek’s have a new updated menu, which includes vegetarian options, which includes a baby sunflower salad. Charlie And Lek’s also specializes in Khao Soi, a traditional Thai curry dish famous in Northern Thailand.
Located in the Pai Valley, Silhouette is more of a fine dining experience for those who wish to try it. Silhouette has a fantastic vantage point view, to which you can see the untouched jungle, and mountain views. The menu has a wide range of contemporary Mediterranean foods, including Tapas, coupled with traditional Thai dishes. Choose to dine in the ‘Library’, and you’ll be surrounded by antique instruments and books, giving the feel of an old world ambience.
For all the burger lovers out there, whether you are vegetarian or not, Grunge Burgers is definitely the place to go. Off the main walking street in Pai, Grunge Burgers offers a wide range of burgers. The portions are huge, and the fries are homemade. For vegans and vegetarians, the Black Bean Burger is a must. For the Carnivores, top your burger up with bacon or avocados, or anything else you want to complete this burger experience.
