We can highly recommend the espressos and the fruit shakes, and the ice creams are as good as you’d expect from an Italian-owned place. The only problem is that one of the cats loves desserts so make sure you don’t end up sharing your plate!

This lovely little café has evolved out of an art house and bookstore, meaning you can browse independent artwork and second-hand books while enjoying your latte. The menu is western and includes all the usual suspects like teas, coffees and sodas, but they’ve also added a couple of ‘fusion’ bonuses- the mango lassi is particularly good. The menu features artwork drawn by the staff and there is a shop selling new books at the front. A lovely way to while away a rainy afternoon in Phuket Town.
