With around 20,000 books in stock, you are bound to find a treasure trove of rare reads and favourites, including that book that is no longer published and you’ve been desperate to find for a while now. It also has a co-working space, a gallery, and cafe. The owner of this establishment is also one of a kind, being an author and musician, who is passionate about encouraging reading among the young generation. A nightlife for bookworms, hop on the MRT and get off at the Phetchaburi Station to get to this rare find.

You will find this book paradise by walking through a maze of stalls selling random things from handbags to Thai food to get to one of Bangkok’s most popular hangout spots by the Chao Phraya River. In The Jam Factory complex, you will find Candide Books & Cafe, a bookshop in Bangkok, which is filled with a plethora of good reads and graced with live jazz and cello performances during the weekends. If you fancy leaving the hustle and bustle of the city by burrowing yourself in a leather couch with a cup of coffee or tea, then hop on the ferry in front of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel.
